The children certainly enjoyed making the bread and the end result looked good and tasted yummy.
The children tasted all the different vegetables which we brought in for harvest festival. They were deciding what they would like to grow in our allotment.
Last week the children celebrated Eid by having henna designs on their hands provided by a kind parent who shared with us her expertise. THANK YOU
We are now celebrating harvest festival together and are enjoying the extra fruits and vegetables you have provided. They enjoyed making and tasting soup and today made fruit kebabs and ate them at snack time.
On Thursday another parent is supporting the setting by making bread with the children.
On Wednesday it is our first visit from our artist in residence. Their designs will be on display shortly.
Firstly thank you to all the staff at Fledglings for baking cakes for the Macmillan cancer coffee morning. Well done parents and grandparents for your support, we raised £78.00.
